Guidelines for
Free Paper Submission

FREE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Academic works can take the form of research, systematic review, or case reports.
2. To upload Free Paper, there is no need to register for the symposium beforehand.
3. For participants who upload academic manuscripts and are selected to present in oral/e-poster sessions, it is mandatory to register as symposium participants by the specified deadline.
4. If registration is not completed within the specified deadline, the academic work will not be included in INASMEET 2025 event.
5. Presenters of oral/e-poster presentations must be one of the researchers/authors of the academic work listed.
6. The paper must be original and has not been previously presented. Previously published papers may still be accepted; however, modification or supplementation with new data is recommended.
7. Correspondence include the first author’s email address and phone number.
8. Submitted free paper must be written in proper and correct English.
9. Abstract can be submitted to the committee through the website: inasmeet.com
10. Each participant can submit more than one (1) Free Paper, with a maximum of four (4) free papers.

SCIENTIFIC ABSTRACT WRITING FORMAT
1. Writing Format: A4 paper size, Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.5 spacing, justified alignment, and normal margins.
2. Abstract: Please submit the abstract in Microsoft Word format to facilitate the editing process and word count calculation. The manuscript should contain a maximum of 300 words.
3. Title: The title should be specific, clear, concise, informative, reflect the content of the paper, and generate interest in reading.
4. Authors: The order of author names should be adjusted based on their contributions to the research and academic manuscript writing.
5. Correspondence: Include the first author’s email address and phone number in the correspondence.
6. Content: Analytical Scientific Papers consist of Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Case Report Scientific Papers consist of Introduction, Case Description, Discussion, and Conclusion.
9. The Introduction should explain the background of the problem and the research objectives. Detailed descriptions of the methodology should be provided. The Discussion should thoroughly analyze the research results, and case reports should be as informative as possible.
7. References: Arrange the references according to the Vancouver style, with numbers written at the end of sentences referring to the source (numbers should be in superscript).
8. Keywords: You may include a maximum of 5 keywords.
